    We strive for customer satisfaction in our business.  If you or the recipient of your gift is not satisfied with the item, please contact us for a refund.   Request for refunds need to be made within 30 days of product purchase.   Some of our products require refrigeration or other care.   This is noted along with the item.  It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions.  Failure to do so will prevent a refund request from being honored.
